The Ravens aren't going to let Tucker leave as an unrestricted free agent this offseason, which means Baltimore has to sign him to a long-term deal or place the franchise tag on him. The tag for kickers is a projected $4,534 million, which is nearly a 10-percent increase from last year, according to Joel Corry of CBS Sports.
