Former Ravens WR Miles Boykin claimed by division rival Steelers

Former Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Miles Boykin was claimed off waivers on Tuesday by AFC North rival Pittsburgh Steelers.

Boykin was released by the Ravens on Monday. Reports suggested Baltimore tried to trade away Boykin, but could not find a suitor.

A 2019 third-round pick out of Notre Dame, Boykin got plenty of playing time on offense his first two seasons in Baltimore with little production.

Boykin suffered a finger injury last season and played in just eight games. He appeared mostly on special teams in 2021.

Through three seasons, Boykin started in 24 of 40 games.
