The Baltimore Ravens organization and the Modell family lost a very special person in their hearts today as former team president David Modell, step son of the late and former Ravens owner Art Modell, passed away today at the age of 55 due to cancer.
Early on in 2016, David was battling stage 4 lung cancer as he disclosed at, “A Night of Heroes” in May of 2016. David spoke about his battle with stage 4 lung cancer courtesy of WNST.
David started out his career in the NFL at the age of 14 being a grounds crew member for the Cleveland Browns under Art Modell.
