Normally, I do not include players who are rostered in 83.7% of leagues in my waiver wire adds article, but Hill NEEDS to be rostered in all ESPN leagues. For some reason, Hill is still eligible to be started at tight end in ESPN fantasy leagues, which makes him easily the top fantasy tight end as long as he starts at quarterback. That could be changed, but the risk is definitely worth it.
