Corralling the Bengals

For years, the Ravens were constantly battling the Pittsburgh Steelers for supremacy in the AFC North.

Now, the tide has changed with the Cincinnati Bengals emerging as the new team to beat with a young roster and plenty of salary-cap space to bolster their lineup.

After years of mediocrity and losing seasons, the Bengals are finally reaping the rewards of drafting well and building their team organically.

Ravens GM Eric DeCosta acknowledged that Cincinnati will be a challenge in the coming years,

“They’ve improved quite a bit, and they’ve got a quarterback that’s fantastic,” DeCosta said.
