Like they always say, where there’s smoke, there’s fire. After rumblings that the Baltimore Ravens were interested in signing former New England Patriot cornerback Kyle Arrington and a confirmation from the team that they were interested in signing a veteran corner, Adam Schefter is passing along word from Arrington’s agent that he has indeed signed with the Ravens.
It seemed all along that the Ravens were poised to add a veteran corner to their backfield after waiting until the fourth round of the draft to select one. Arrington gives the Ravens flexibility with the ability to play corner or safety, and adds another veteran presence to the unit.
