The Ravens have a long history of 'special' special teams, and with Coach John Harbaugh's background in Special Teams there is extra emphasis on it in Baltimore. The mantle of Matt Stover has been picked up by another special teams ace, as Justin Tucker has been among the best in the NFL for the duration of his four years in the NFL. Tucker, who just signed a new four year deal to remain in Baltimore, was selected as Special Teams Player of the Month for the third time in his short career. This ties him with perennial Pro Bowler Ed Reed and Tuckers predecessor Matt Stover for the most selections for a Raven, a number he is sure to eclipse in the coming years.
