Baltimore Ravens CB Jimmy Smith (groin) ruled out for rest of Pittsburgh Steelers game

Baltimore Ravens cornerback Jimmy Smith was ruled out of Wednesday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, depleting an already thin Ravens team.

Smith injured his groin in the second quarter and did not return. He entered the game as questionable with back and ankle injuries.

The Ravens were already short-handed because of their COVID-19 outbreak. Baltimore has nine starters on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Even without Smith, the Ravens defense has kept the team close with the Steelers, holding Pittsburgh without a touchdown on three red zone drives in the first half.
