Full disclosure, I was once a PSL owner. I had two seats from the inception of the Ravens in 1996 through 2010. I attended practically every single home game and a roadie once or twice per season. But the gang I rolled with decided to sell. And while I held out another two seasons, eventually I sold too, back when PSL’s actually had market value, almost quadrupling my initial investment in Section 101, Row 27, Seats 1 and 2.
My rationale was quite simple. I had access to other seats. I no longer felt the need to attend every game.
