Akeem Davis-Gaither had very fruitful junior and senior seasons at App State. He received second-team All-Sun Belt honors in 2018 with 105 tackles, 10 TFLs, 1.5 sacks, and 7 PBUs. 2019 yielded even more impressive results as Davis-Gaither accrued 104 tackles, 14.5 TFLs, 5 sacks, 1 INT, 8 PBUs, and 1 blocked kick. He received Sun Belt Conference DPOY for the terrific 2019 season.
