The loss of Matt Skura is a blow to the Baltimore Ravens. Skura was playing at a Pro Bowl level at the center position. This is This is bad news however it isn’t going to completely derail the Ravens. The Ravens will go to the next man up approach. Pat Mekari came into the game against the Rams and held his own. That’s a positive sign.
When Skura went down, the game didn’t change at all. If you weren’t told that Mekari replaced Skura, would you even have noticed? Aaron Donald didn’t start to dominate the game.
