Steve Smith's debut with the Baltimore Ravens has been nothing short of spectacular, with the veteran wideout leading the team with 32 targets and two 100-yard receiving games.

With Smith emerging as the focal point of the aerial game, Torrey Smith has seen his numbers dip dramatically in 2014 - six catches, 85 yards, and no touchdowns in three games.

"You can't get any closer than we've already been," Torrey said of his chemistry with Flacco, per The Baltimore Sun and NFL.com's Marc Sessler. "I have folks tweeting me how terrible I am, and I could very easily have had three touchdowns and 300 yards the past couple weeks. That's how the ball rolls. I'm not used to it, but we'll get over it soon. We were as close as you can get to touchdowns. We just have to be on the same page and get it done."

Despite the abuse Smith has been receiving on social media, Smith knows its a matter of when, not if. he will get off the scoring snide.

"It'll happen. It has no choice but to happen. The way we've been practicing, it has no choice but to happen. I can't say when. I hope it's Sunday, but it'll happen soon."

With TE Dennis Pitta out for the rest of the year, the Ravens may need Smith to make something happen on Sunday against Steve Smith's old team, the Carolina Panthers.
