With the Rutschman signing, the Orioles have a new top prospect. He’s the one. That’s what happens when you have the #1 pick and take the player who everyone thinks is the best. The Fangraphs prospect list, which has already updated since the draft, puts Rutschman as the #8 overall prospect in MLB.
