Are you super excited about the draft? You might as well be, it’s not like the Orioles are giving you anything else to cheer about this season.
The Orioles had two picks last night. They had the 11th pick of the draft and went with high school pitcher Grayson Rodriguez, who Mark wrote about here. They also had the 37th pick courtesy of a competitive balance pick. With that one they selected shortstop Cadyn Grenier. You can read about him in Paul’s write up.
The second round picks were also made last night, but the Orioles didn’t have one of those.
