In yesterday’s Bird Droppings, Paul mentioned that it was the day for the release of the Hall of Fame ballot. His Baseball-Reference.com fueled speculation about who would make the ballot was pretty much right on, except that former Oriole Kevin Gregg did NOT make the list. Can you imagine? The news remains slow for the Orioles, although they did finalize the trade that sent Hector Velazquez to the Astros for a PTBNL.
