Toronto Police tell WBAL News Radio 1090 they do not have the man identified as the one who allegedly threw a beer can at an Orioles player during the Wild Card game in custody.
Several media outlets had reported that Ken Pagan was in custody. A spokeswoman for Toronto Police say they have not filed any charges against him. When asked if they would be going to arrest him, the spokeswoman said more information should be released Thursday morning.
Pagan has been identified as a journalist who most recently worked for PostMedia.
Police tweeted out his photo yesterday and said they have video of him throwing the can of beer at Hyun Soo Kim while he was trying to catch a fly ball in the Tuesday night game against the Blue Jays.
