After starting the second half strong against a bunch of crappy teams, the Orioles have once again fallen on hard times. They have not only gone 1-5 since the first of August, they have given up at least 10 runs in four straight games. That is a lot! If they do so again today, they’ll set a team record. I don’t know about you but I like my team records to be a little more fun than that.
Jorge López is starting the game today, coming off of a strong start against the Yankees (the lone August win) in which he conquered his 5th inning demons, at least for one game.
