With silence, Chris Davis apparently spurned an attempt by Jimmy's Famous Seafood to sweeten the Orioles' contract offer.
The Broening Manor restaurant offered Davis (and his kids and their kids) a lifetime supply of crab cakes in December after the Orioles declined to match Davis' counteroffer. Now, with the Orioles rumored to be offering a five-year deal to outfielder Yoenis Cespedes, Jimmy's is at it again.
