Today, former Oriole Adam Jones, along with current Orioles Austin Hays and Cedric Mullins, as well as the Oriole Bird visited the Weinberg YMCA in Baltimore’s Waverly neighborhood to help at their annual day camp
According to the Orioles press team, Jones and the Bird surprised more than 80 campers, encouraging them as they participated in sports themed activities. .
Later today, Jones will be at Oriole Park to catch a first pitch from Sonsy Gaba, mother of Orioles Hall of Famer Mo Gaba, as part of the second annual “Mo Gaba Day,” honoring the life and legacy of Mo on the third anniversary of his passing.
