There's great news for Orioles' fans, and the family and friends of Trey Mancini. Things are turning around for Mancini, 27, and it's clear the support has helped him carry on.
In March of this year, Mancini left training camp to undergo a then-undisclosed medical procedure. Mancini later revealed he was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer, and the procedure was to remove a malignant tumor. Six months later, Mancini is celebrating finishing chemotherapy.
