It would seem that Cedric Mullins is in his final days of being a member of the Baltimore Orioles' organization, with the expectation that the veteran outfielder will be moved ahead of the MLB trade deadline on Thursday. Mullins is one of several rental players the Orioles have to offer to contending teams, and it would seem a move to the National League could be what's next for the veteran outfielder.
ESPN's Jesse Rogers reports that the Mets have expressed an interest in Mullins ahead of the deadline. The Mets are also believed to have an interest in Chicago White Sox outfielder Luis Robert Jr.
