The new-look Orioles bullpen now has its share of optionable pieces, which will allow manager Buck Showalter to add fresh relief arms when needed. Prior to Thursday’s interleague game against the Washington Nationals, the Orioles made a move to replenish their pen.

The club optioned right-hander Parker Bridwell, who allowed four runs over 1 1/3 innings in the Orioles’ 10-8 win over the Nationals, to Triple-A Norfolk and replaced him with right-hander Logan Ondrusek, who was recalled from Double-A Bowie.
