The Baltimore Orioles on Wednesday announced they have called up right-handed pitcher Grayson Rodriguez.
Rodriguez, 23, will make his major league debut in his home state of Texas against the Rangers. He will wear No. 30.

The Orioles drafted Rodriguez in the first round of the 2018 draft. He made his first start of the season for Norfolk on Friday where he allowed three runs in four innings.
Rodriguez was expected to make his major league debut in 2022, but a right lat strain forced him to miss three months.
