It was all about extra-base hits for the Tides in this win. Ryan Mountcastle went deep for the 13th time this season. Christopher Bostick and Mason WIlliams also hit a home run apiece. Williams even added a double. Mountcastle, Bostick, and Williams were joined by Jesus Sucre and Jack Reinheimer with two-hit performances each. Cedric Mullins, Jace Peterson and Austin Wynns combined to go 0-for-12.
Luis Ortiz started on the bump, but his tough season continued. Over 3.2 innings, the righty allowed four runs on three hits, four walks and one strikeout.
