Orioles minor league recap 6/1: Yasmil Bucce impressive in Delmarva win

Trevor Rogers followed his excellent start for Baltimore with another solid performance last night. He went 5.2 innings with two runs allowed. He did give up seven hits, but didn’t walk a batter. He struck out two. Relief pitcher Levi Stoudt gave up two runs in the seventh to send the game to extra innings (minor-league doubleheaders are seven innings). Kade Strowd allowed the ghost runner to score in the eighth for the loss.

The Tides led for most of the game thanks in part to leadoff batter Vimael Machín, who had four hits. He hit a two-run home run and fell a triple short of the cycle.
