Just before the start of the regular season, the Baltimore Orioles will play an exhibition game against the New York Mets at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, the Orioles announced Thursday.
The game will be played March 24 at Terwilliger Brothers Field at Max Bishop Stadium. Before the game, Orioles and Mets players and staff will visit with Naval Academy representatives and tour the facilities.
The Naval Academy and Orioles will give free tickets to midshipmen and select members of the Navy. Tickets to the 2:05 p.m. game will not be available to the public. However, select season plan holders will have a chance to access a few remaining tickets.
