A nasty spell of weather this month continues to jumble the Orioles schedule, with an alteration made for Wednesday’s game in Detroit after the weather gave the team an unscheduled day off on Monday in Boston.
Wednesday’s game against the Detroit Tigers at Comerica Park was originally scheduled for a 6:40 p.m. first pitch. But with a wintry mix headed this way for Wednesday, the game time was moved to 1:10 p.m.
A doubleheader is already scheduled Friday between the Tigers and Kansas City Royals, so the teams are doing everything they can to fit this series’ games in.
