NEW YORK -- The Orioles continued their bullpen shuffle, reinstating left-handed pitcher T.J. McFarland from the 15-day disabled list and designating Logan Ondrusek for assignment off the 25-man roster prior to Friday's game against the Yankees.
McFarland was placed on the DL on June 30 (retroactive to June 29) with left knee inflammation. Now that he's back, he'll give the O's some length in the 'pen.
In 15 games with the Orioles this season, McFarland has gone 2-2 with a 5.63 ERA, allowing 15 earned runs over 24 innings.
Over 120 career Major League games (two starts), McFarland has gone 12-7 with a 4.
