Miley has pitched much better in August than he did in July, when he allowed five earned runs or more in four of his six starts. The Orioles lefty pitched three-hit ball and allowed an unearned run over seven innings in his most recent start.
The 31-year-old was acquired from the Braves last week after going 12-3 with a 2.61 ERA for Triple-A Gwinnett. He'll make his first start in place of the injured James Paxton. He’s pitched 17 games in the Majors and spent 2014 in Korea.
