A new, larger scoreboard is officially coming to Oriole Park at Camden Yards next year. The Orioles announced on Tuesday afternoon that the promised video renovations that had been approved by the Maryland Stadium Authority will take place following the season, to be completed before the start of the 2026.
According to the Orioles, the new video board will measure 7,466 square feet, making it the 12th-largest scoreboard across all MLB stadiums. Kind of funny to do a brand new one and it’s only 12th, but some of the new ones are comically large and I don’t know that is always an improvement.
