Orioles catcher Caleb Joseph said after his second game behind the plate on a rehab assignment at High-A Frederick that he’d catch one more game for the Keys before joining the Orioles for activation Thursday in Seattle.
“Hopefully if everything goes well, I think we’ll get on a plane and head to Seattle,” Joseph said. “Hopefully, no delays or any air-traffic control problems, and be activated for Thursday’s game. I feel great, and ready to go. There’s a light at the end of the tunnel. It’s exciting.”
Joseph had four plate appearances in the Keys’ 7-0 win at Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium.
