The New York-Penn League All-Star Game is scheduled for August 21st at Richmond County Bank Ballpark at St. George in Staten Island, New York, the home of the Staten Island Yankees. The league announced the rosters for the game on Friday with a number of Baltimore Orioles prospects making the cut.
Six members of the Aberdeen Ironbirds were named as All-Stars and will play for the Red All-Stars team along with members of the Auburn Doubledays (Washington), Connecticut Tigers (Detroit), Hudson Valley Renegades (Tampa), State College Spikes (St. Louis), Staten Island Yankees (New York) and Vermont Lake Monsters (Oakland).
