The Baltimore Orioles were back in the loss column on Saturday night, falling to the Boston Red Sox by a score of 6-3. The Birds are now 14-31 on the season, 16.5 games adrift in the AL East.
Starter Dylan Bundy was solid, striking out eight men over six innings, but the game got away from him in the fifth, when he gave up back-to-back homers to Mookie Betts and Andrew Benintendi.

The Orioles did get some offense, but a Pedro Alvarez homer in the sixth wasn’t enough to even the score.
