MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State women's basketball team trailed early to Southeastern Conference foe Vanderbilt and couldn't recover losing the game, 60-43, Thursday night in Worthen Arena.
"It was a tough night shooting the ball," Ball State head coach Brady Sallee said. "I feel like these shots are going to start going down. I thought we had a few questionable shots that didn't make it easy for us but you can't fault them because they were trying to be aggressive and that is all you can ever ask for. It was a tough one, they beat us on the boards and in the paint.
