PARKER CITY, Ind. — Josh Burkett was cleaning out his wife's grandparents home in Parker City when a thought popped into his head.
Burkett, who recently received his administrators license, knew that Tilmon Clark, the former Monroe Central athletic director, was leaving to take over as the athletic director at Delta. Burkett didn't know how quickly he was going to use his license, but having a chance to move closer to family certainly piqued his interest.
Since graduating from Ball State in 2012, Burkett has taught and coached at a handful of different schools throughout the state.
