MUNCIE, Ind. -- With a majority of the preseason behind it, the Ball State women's volleyball team will put its hard work to the test Friday, Aug. 17 when it hosts UIndy in a 7 p.m. exhibition match in Worthen Arena.
Admission to the contest is free and fans are also encouraged to catch the team Saturday, Aug. 18 at Scheumann Stadium when Ball State hosts its annual Fall Fan Jam from 5 to 7 p.m.
"We are very excited to welcome UIndy to Worthen Arena," head coach Kelli Miller said. "Friday's match gives us an excellent opportunity to gain some experience with our new squad and get our freshmen some quality reps in the jersey in front of a real crowd.
