MUNCIE, Ind. – For the third time in three weeks, Ball State soccer goalkeeper Tristin Stuteville has been named Defensive Player of the Week by the Mid-American Conference. Stuteville has claimed the award every week so far in the 2019 season.
Stuteville stayed perfect on the year with another clean sheet in Ball State's first road contest of the season at Omaha. The graduate student faced four shots and saved all four, including a diving save in the final minutes of the match to preserve the victory and shutout.
Stuteville is up to a perfect 5-0-0 record on the season with clean sheets in four of five matches.
