MUNCIE, Ind. — Yorktown volleyball star Kate Vinson reached 2,000 career assists as the Class 4A No. 1 Tigers swept Class 3A No. 2 Burris 25-10, 25-9, 25-10 in a battle between two of the top programs in the state.
Courtney Watkins finished with 16 kills for the Tigers as teammates Ellee Stinson and Kate Vinson added 11 digs and 32 assists, respectively.
