MUNCIE, Ind. — The first full Friday night slate of high school basketball of 2019 did not disappoint.
Where to begin? Well, Muncie Central picked up a solid victory in NCC play behind Victor Young, Josh Bryan kept balling for undefeated Delta and two future Ball State basketball teammates met as opponents.

Central 81, Lafayette Jeff 74
Victor Young poured in 28 points to go along with 13 rebounds to lead the Bearcats (4-6) to an impressive home win over the Bronchos (7-3). Central is now 2-1 in NCC play, with only Richmond and Logansport left as unbeaten teams.
