MUNCIE, Ind. — Ball State has experienced another postponement, its third so far this season.
The Mid-American Conference announced Monday that BSU's Tuesday matchup with Kent State will not take place as originally scheduled "due to roster issues with the Ball State men’s basketball team related to positive COVID-19 tests and subsequent contact tracing." The MAC said the contest will be rescheduled, although that makeup date was not given.
"Our game (Tuesday) night at Worthen (Arena) has been postponed," BSU's men's basketball team tweeted, in part.
The first time a Cardinals game was postponed this season was the home matchup against Western Michigan earlier this month, and the second was the Ohio road matchup this past weekend that was rescheduled and played Saturday.
