MUNCIE, Ind. — While three teams didn't play, Week 1 of the high school football season saw a number of impressive individual performances, including several career-high games.
This week's Star Press Football Player of the Week nominees include: Blackford's Quinten Teer, Monroe Central's Luke Jones, Wes-Del's Will Kelly and Yorktown's JJ Evans.
