NEW CASTLE, Ind. — Burris tried to keep up with New Castle.
In a meeting between two of the more renowned programs in Indiana high school volleyball, the Owls ranked fifth among 3A teams and 16th overall, the Trojans ranked first among 4A teams and first overall, Burris challenged New Castle early.
The two sides were tied at 11 in the first set before the Trojans pulled away to win it 25-17.
