MUNCIE, Ind. — A Muncie native is getting his shot in the NFL.
Eddie Faulkner, who graduated from Muncie Central High School and coached at Ball State, was officially hired Thursday by the Pittsburgh Steelers to be their running backs coach.
"We are excited to announce the addition of Eddie Faulkner to our coaching staff," Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said in a release. "We’ve got a young, talented group of running backs who will benefit from his guidance, and we look forward to getting him in the building to start our offseason work.
