MUNCIE, Ind. — More than two years after an EF-2 tornado tore a giant hole in the roof above the west entrance of the historic Muncie Fieldhouse, it's official.
The Fieldhouse is open once again.
Saturday marked the first time in more than two years that a basketball game was played inside the historic gym as Central's girls team hosted Richmond in a 29-27 loss. The boys squad will host Fishers in its home opener on Dec. 3, with varsity slated to tip at 7:30 p.
