A Look at the Cardinals
• Ball State will close out the non-conference portion of its schedule this week with home games against Alabama A&M and Chicago State. The Cardinals are back in Muncie after a loss Dec. 22 at Indiana State that marked the team’s only road contest in a nine-game stretch.
• After playing nine games in the first 23 days of the season, Ball State’s schedule has slowed down considerably during the month of December.
