MUNCIE, Ind. — The Indiana High School Baseball Coaches Association recognized three local athletes as members of their classes' respective All-State teams and a number of others with honorable mention spots.
Daleville’s Peyton Smith and Josh Price earned spots on the Class A 2019 All-State Team, Smith at second base and Price in the outfield, with fellow Broncos Ethan Pittsford, Max Stecher and Evan Etchison all tabbed as honorable mentions. Monroe Central’s Seth Wilson was an honorable mention, too, in Class 2A. And Yorktown’s Jackson Taylor, as a second baseman, grabbed a spot on the Class 3A 2019 All-State Team with Jay County’s Wyatt Geesaman and Noah Arbuckle both included as honorable mentions.
