MUNCIE, Ind. — East Central Indiana football programs will be well-represented at this week's Indiana Football Hall of Fame East-West Classic.
The East squad includes Muncie Central's Kenny Coleman and Skyler Burton; Delta's Lea Daugherty; Monroe Central's Casey Conatser, Tucker Young and Nick Mitchell; and New Castle's Carter Brown, Niah Williamson and Tommy Withham. Delta's Chris Overholt and Winchester's Greg Saulmon are serving as assistant coaches.
The game is at 7 p.m. Friday at Anderson High School.
State championship events
Central senior Brody McCoy and New Castle junior Brady Wheeler will play in the state golf championship on Tuesday and Wednesday at Prairie View Golf Club in Carmel.
