The teams were scoreless after five, but Yorktown scored twice in the sixth and held off Delta in the seventh to advance to Saturday's championship at Hamilton Heights.
Reagan Cox tripled home Lexie Robertson, and then scored on a sacrifice fly by Caitlyn Grim.
