IU’s offense had its best game of the season but needs to finish drives in the end zone

Charles Campbell typically doesn’t need second chances.

IU’s star kicker has only missed once in his college career, but his first kick against Western Kentucky — from 51 yards out — fell short. Western Kentucky, however, was called offsides. The kick was moved up five yards and Campbell tried again. This time, he was perfect. He’s been perfect this season, now 7-7 on his field goals.

“I’m a big golfer, and I believe in a breakfast ball,” Campbell said. “I’m so thankful that happened on my first field goal.
