MUNCIE, Ind. — "It just feels right," Amber Huber (formerly Timmons) kept saying.
Huber, a 2001 Cowan graduate, Division I volleyball player at Northern Kentucky and previously an assistant volleyball coach in Delaware County, is coming back to Cowan. This time, it will be as the head coach of the Blackhawks' volleyball program.
Huber was approved as the head varsity volleyball coach during the Cowan Community School Board meeting on April 7.
"It’s something that I always thought that I would do and it’s really exciting to see that coming full circle now, being able to have that opportunity to do that and help build up the program that I was once a part of," Huber said.
